AGAIN, Congratulations to Mr Chi Minh Ho
Senior Researcher at the CBER – Ho Chi Minh City Open University Vietnam.
Chi Ho was awarded a full scholarship to complete his PhD study at The University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia (ranked 72 Globally). UWA is a member of the elite Group-of-Eight universities in Australia. This prestigious scholarship an International Stipend Scholarship and an International Tuition Fee Scholarship to commence in 2024 at UWA for his chosen degree. UWA’s Business School is ranked 4th in Australia (BOSS’s 2024 Ranking). Chi will spend his entire time in Perth for the next 4 years if the UWA offer is accepted.

Congratulations to Dr Duc Vo, our Head and Executive Director of the Business and Economics Research Group at Ho Chi Minh City Open University for his recent appointment as an Adjunct Chair Professor of Asia University Taiwan.
The UK Times Higher Education (THE) Report announces the 2019 University Impact Ranking in the world. Asia University is ranked to be the top 4th in Taiwan, and ranked 107th in the World.
Asia University has also been highly ranked, in the World’s Top 1000 by 4 famous University rankings, including 934th from the World and 19th in Taiwan by the UK Times Higher Education (THE) report.

On behalf of the University, the BERG has successfully organised the 3rd premier international conference in Vietnam, commonly known as Vietnam’s Business and Economics Research Conference (VBER2019), at Caravelle Hotel Saigon. VBER2019 attracted almost 100 scholars from Australia, the US, the Nertherlands, France, Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Vietnam. Papers presented at the Conference are under review for publications in the ISI-indexed and Scopus-indexed journals.
