Dr. Loan Van – Honorary Director & Advisor
Dr. Loan Van is currently Dean of the School of Advanced Study; a board member of the Research and Education Committee at Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Vietnam. She was honored to be the 2004 and 2008 Vietnamese Minister of Educational and Training Scholarship winners for pursuing her postgraduate education in Australia. Mr. Anh Vo – Research Director
Mr. Anh Vo was awarded a Master of Arts in Development Economics in 2015 by the Vietnam-Netherlands Programme, one of the most highly regarded master programs in Vietnam. His thesis titled “Exchange rate and Trade balance: A new approach using Big Mac Index” was marked as the best thesis from the Program in 2015. Mr. Chi was awarded a Bachelor degree from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City with a major on Economics of Planning and Investment. Mrs. Trang Dinh – Senior Researcher
Mrs. Trang was awarded a Master degree in Applied Economics in 2016 by Ho Chi Minh City Open University. Trang’s research interest covers development economics, gender studies and the economics of innovation. Her research has been published in international refereed journals including Emerging Market Finance and Trade and Journal of Risk and Financial Management. She is currently working at Tu Du hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.
